3.4 paldo ph may decline any registration application in its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or permit any other person to access your account.
4.2 You must notify paldo ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. paldo ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where unauthorized access arises directly from paldo ph's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
4.4 Account information, including your registered email address and contact number, must be kept current and accurate. paldo ph will use your registered contact details for all official communications, including security alerts, transaction notifications, and material policy changes.
4.5 Account closure may be requested at any time by contacting paldo ph customer support. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Bonus Balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
5.1 All deposits on the paldo ph platform are accepted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the Deposit page within your paldo ph account dashboard at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. paldo ph will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where paldo ph determines that a deposit originated from a third-party account, the amount will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 paldo ph does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees, for which paldo ph accepts no responsibility.
5.5 paldo ph reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations, PAGCOR requirements, or internal risk management policies.
6.1 Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. KYC verification must be completed prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documentation includes a government-issued photo ID and may include proof of address and source-of-funds documentation for higher withdrawal amounts.
6.2 Withdrawals will be remitted using the same payment method as the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, paldo ph will process withdrawals via an approved alternative method of the Player's choosing.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

8.2 paldo ph uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all non-live casino games. 9.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the paldo ph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

10.2 Players who self-exclude may not circumvent the exclusion period. Any attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated through a self-excluded account opened in contravention of this clause will be forfeited.

11.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the paldo ph platform or its intellectual property without prior written authorisation from paldo ph.
12.1 The paldo ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. paldo ph makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12.2 paldo ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:
12.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall limit paldo ph's liability in cases of death or personal injury arising from paldo ph's gross negligence or fraud.
12.4 In no event shall paldo ph's aggregate liability to any single Player arising from or in connection with these Terms exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arose.
13.1 paldo ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where paldo ph reasonably believes that the Player has:
13.2 Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, paldo ph may withhold and forfeit any Bonus Balance, bonus-derived winnings, and Real Money Balance where that balance is connected to prohibited activity. Real Money Balance unconnected to any breach will be returned to the verified Player.
13.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting paldo ph support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding withdrawals will be settled prior to closure.
14.1 paldo ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of paldo ph's data practices are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14.2 By registering, you consent to paldo ph collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your account.
14.3 paldo ph may share your personal data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, financial institutions processing your transactions, and independent KYC/AML verification service providers, where required to do so by law or in accordance with these Terms.
15.1 paldo ph may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
15.2 The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
15.3 Continued use of the paldo ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

16.2 paldo ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints regarding paldo ph's operations may be directed to PAGCOR through the appropriate official channels.
16.3 In the event of a dispute between you and paldo ph, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation. Should the dispute remain unresolved after thirty (30) days of good-faith negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that paldo ph cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through normal, properly functioning gaming activity. The mere fact of losing a wager does not constitute grounds for a dispute.
